The subdivision application is nothing more than a power-grab by Chinatown, whose victims will be Victor Heights, El Pueblo, and Solano Canyon. Please do not allow Angelica Lopez Moyez and her co-conspirator, Phyllis Ling, along with their collaborator, Mike Fong of DONE, to perpetrate this fraud. Mike Fong is guilty of dereliction of duty, denial of due process, and collusion by refusing to follow the established policies and procedures that he has sworn to uphold as a civil servant.
